Church Safety Team Training

This Church Security & Safety Training Class is designed to equip church leaders, volunteers, and ministry teams with practical knowledge and strategies to help keep their congregation safe. Participants will learn how to recognize potential threats, respond to emergencies, and create a safe and welcoming environment for worship.

Topics covered include situational awareness, access control, emergency response planning, de-escalation techniques, medical emergencies, and how to respond to active threats. The course also discusses building a security team, coordinating with local law enforcement, and developing effective safety procedures for services and church events.

This class is ideal for pastors, ushers, greeters, safety team members, and anyone involved in protecting the church community. No prior security or law enforcement experience is required.
